Paradize Café Bakery™ is more than a dessert brand — it is a purpose-driven bakery experience rooted in faith, excellence, and service.

The vision began at just sixteen years old, working side-by-side with my mother and aunt in our family kitchen. That’s where I learned the foundation of true baking: fresh ingredients, intentional craftsmanship, and the quiet power of creating something that brings people joy. From church gatherings to community celebrations, I saw how a single dessert could elevate an entire moment — and even then, I knew the calling was bigger than me.

Over the years, I nurtured that seed through farmers markets, custom orders, and countless late nights refining my craft through both challenge and growth. Like any real journey, there were seasons of uncertainty — but the fire to create never left.

Then everything shifted.

There came a moment when I surrendered the bakery completely to God.

I prayed:
“This is Yours. Use it the way You want.”

That surrender didn’t simply change my mindset — it transformed my entire path. Doors opened that I could not have opened myself. Opportunities aligned without me chasing them. And people began requesting what only God could make room for.

When I moved to Texas, it was a faith move — not one that made perfect sense on paper, but one that made complete sense in Spirit. In that obedience, I watched a private dream become a public testimony.

One of the most defining moments came when I was invited to create desserts for a major event at Dillard’s — in the heart of a space filled with people seeking not only beautiful products, but encouragement, inspiration, and hope. God used my gift — flour-covered hands and all — to bring light into the room.
